What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?
I completely understand that life happens! I allow one complimentary reschedule for unexpected events such as illness, weather, or emergencies-whether on your end or mine.
How long until I receive my photos?
It really depends on the session type and how many photos are being delivered. Most hour-and-a-half sessions are delivered within two weeks, though many clients receive them sooner. For longer sessions with more images, such as birth photography, I allow up to six weeks, but typically you'll receive them much sooner.
Has Grace Thayer Photography received newborn safety training?
Yes. Your baby’s safety is always the top priority at Grace Thayer Photography. I've completed a newborn safety course and continue to invest in education focused on safe handling, posing, and newborn comfort. Every session is paced around your baby’s needs, with gentle posing and constant monitoring to ensure a calm and secure experience.
